You will report to 'Partner of BBCLLP - Brand Protection'. Reporting for specific projects and activities
may vary, for you will be appropriately informed in advance
You will be on a probation period of 2 months. It may be extended to one more month only if the
management is satisfied and has appropriate grounds for such extension. The same has to be approved
by the respective manager before management approval is granted for such cause.
The services shall be compulsory discontinued by the company after the extension is granted to you
as per clause 4 (above) and the same is exhausted by you unsatisfactorily
Your service to the firm will be confirmed at the end of this period based on your satisfactory conduct.
A 15 days' notice will be required in case of services being terminated by either party.
The firm will be working six days a week. You will be expected to attend office whenever required -
except while travelling on business as assigned to you by your superiors. Weekly routine will be
governed as per applicable regulations.
You will also be assigned with weekly & monthly targets, to be evaluated monthly. The failure
to achieve the above may result in salary deduction, expenses disapproval and other disciplinary.

Daily reporting of work through accepted means of communication is mandatory. Failing which
you may be subject to being marked down on attendance, salary deduction, expenses
disapprovals, other monetary deductions and penal actions.
After successful completion of the probation period your services may be either confirmed or
terminated by the company in writing.
Achieving company targets will be key performance indicators for your role.
During the course of your service, you are required to maintain confidentiality, about firm matters,
protect the interest of the firm and observe high standards of conduct.
The firm will own all intellectual property rights of work and material developed by you during the
course of your employment. The firm reserves the right to assign, transfer, execute and apply the
intellectual property as it deems appropriate.
You are expected to inform about any changes in personal circumstances, address, family status,
and particulars of relevance to interest of the firm during the course of your employment.
The firm reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice or compensation on grounds
of breach of policy, misconduct or unsatisfactory job performance.
The following will result in strict disciplinary action against you including termination of employment:
Any intentional and continuing violation of the code of conduct or any other breach of firm's procedures.
Absence for a continuous period of eight days without prior approval of your superior, (including overstay of leave/ training).
You will not be permitted to undertake any other employment (full-time or part-time) or engage in any external activities of a commercial nature without prior written approval.
Involvement in any Criminal activity.
Upon separation from the firm on account of either resignation or termination, you need to immediately return to the firm all the assets and property
(including any leasedproperties) of the firm including documents, files, books, papers and memos in your possession or custody.
The full & final settlement shall take place within 30 days from calculated from the date of relieving or resignation (whichever is earlier).
On termination of services, you will not solicit stakeholders to work directly or indirectly elsewhere, attempt to defame the reputation or misuse proprietary information of the company. You will be liable for financial compensation in lieu of the damages resulting from loss suffered to the firm.
